Create your own charcuterie with us Saturday, May 18, at 3 p.m. in The Nook! Experts from Smoking Goose will be on hand to sample their cured meats, and share tips about creating the best charcuterie boards! We’ll sip some wine samples selected by our inhouse spirits steward and build our boards together with cheeses, jams, and other nibbles. Space is limited to 20. First come, first in. Beautiful individual-sized boards and matching cheese knives (limited to first 15 people) provided by Zesco Food Equipment & Supply.
