Join us on Sunday for a delicious demo with Chef Tracey Couillard of 317 Pasta! She will be doing a teaching demo, sharing her linguine recipe, and preparing a delicious vodka sauce. We will also have a wine sampling with Crossroads Vintners during the first hour. Space is very limited to 15, so first come first serve.

Chef Tracey Couillard spent her early years – twenty of them to be exact – in the Army National Guard. After that, she headed to culinary school, then worked her way up in Indianapolis kitchens, including Cerulean, Field Brewing, the Wine Market, Ash & Elm Cider Co. as executive chef, and Gallery Pastry. She is inspired by seasonal flavors and native delicacies, like ramps, morels, and more. A native New Englander, Chef Tracey likes to cook food that, as she says, “makes you feel loved.” You can find her & 317 Pasta in Instagram.
