January 25th 10am – 12PM, Sourdough Bread. Description: In this class Frank Petrarca will teach you how to make this 100% naturally fermented sourdough boule’ or “Country Loaf” using active sourdough starter, not baker’s yeast. This is an intermediate to advanced skill level class and not recommended for beginners. It covers a normally 10-hour process in 2 hours and attendees will see every step. Attendees will receive some fresh, active starter and the printed recipe that will allow you to start your sourdough journey right away.
