Cooking Class: Laminated Buttermilk Biscuits

Join Chef Twinkle in The Nook, Friday, July 6, at 11 a.m. and follow along as they show you how to create buttery, flaky, 1,000 layer buttermilk biscuits. We will discuss adding ingredients–like fruit or chiles or cheeses, different spices and herbs, and tips and tricks to the tastiest biscuits. This is a semi-hands on class, so you *might* get a little messy, so dress accordingly. You’ll take home a dozen of your own, recipes, and a shopping list for the store.

Ticket for this class are $35. Spaces are limited.

• You can bring your favorite apron, otherwise we can provide one to you.
