Cooking Class: German Style Rye Bread w/ Frank the Bread guy

Saturdays are for bread baking! Join Frank the Bread Guy–Frank Petrarca–and learn the art of making delicious bread. He will lead you through mastering technique, attention to quality ingredients, shaping tips & tricks, take the mystique out of baking, and show folks how to gear bread-baking to work around their schedule. Enjoy Frank’s pre-baked samples with our in-house churned compound butters, jam, and other little bites as you knead your way to amazing bread!
German-Style Rye Bread – This class will cover the entire rye bread process along with some great tips to create true German-style rye bread. You will see every step of the process from creating the “sponge” beforehand, kneading, proofing the dough, shaping, and baking the loaves. Attendees will receive the recipe, flours & yeast to try their hand at home. (Skill level – intermediate)
