February 8^th 10am – 12pm, Easy Wheat Bread. Description: In this class Frank Petrarca will teach you how to make a super-easy and delicious home style wheat loaf. Wheat bread can be challenging but this recipe turns out a light, flavorful loaf that even for those non-wheat bread lovers will enjoy.  It’s great for both beginner and experienced bakers. Attendees will receive some fresh yeast and the printed recipe to take home and try their hand at this super-easy wheat bread.
