January 11^th 10am – 12pm,  Easy Italian Bread.  Description: In this class Frank Petrarca will share a family Italian bread recipe and show you how to make this easy, delicious and versatile bread. This is a perfect class for beginners or experienced bakers alike. Attendees will receive some fresh yeast and the printed recipe to take home and try their hand at this very popular bread.
