Cooking Class: Classic Bagels

Classic Bagels – Saturday 11/2, 10am – 12pm

Back by popular demand! Frank Petrarca will show you how to make these classic bagels. You’ll cover the mixing, shaping process, boiling briefly before being baked and of course you’ll sample some fresh bagels. Attendees will receive the printed recipe and some fresh yeast to try their hand at home.
