SATURDAY AUGUST 24!!!

Saturdays are for bread baking! Join Frank the Bread Guy–Frank Petrarca–and learn the art of making delicious bread. He will lead you through mastering technique, attention to quality ingredients, shaping tips & tricks, take the mystique out of baking,  and show folks how to gear bread-baking to work around their schedule. Enjoy Frank’s pre-baked samples with our in-house churned compound butters, jam, and other little bites as you knead your way to amazing bread!

Chicago-Style Thin Crust Pizza Class:   In this class Frank Petrarca will teach you how to make Chicago-Style Thin Crust Pizza at home that rivals any pizzeria in town. Chicago-area transplants (Like Frank) are always searching for local places that serve this style of pizza and there are few. If you are from “The Region” you already know this and will learn how to make your own dough, how to perfect the thin crust along with all aspects of loading and baking the pizza. The best part is eating it and this is a fun class- more like a pizza party! Attendees will go home with the dough recipe along with enough flour & yeast to make their own dough at their convenience. It is recommended that attendees own a pizza stone as this is the preferred baking method.  (Skill level – basic/intermediate)
