Make Your Own Focaccia Art!

Cooking Instructor Jamie Kingston will be hosting a make your own Focaccia art workshop in the Nook! Each participant will get an 8″x 3 7/8″ x 2 1/2″ pan of focaccia to decorate. Get creative with your design using freshly cut vegetables, fruit, herbs and edible flowers. You will have 1 hour to decorate before the focaccia goes in the oven to bake at 7pm. The loaves take about 25-30 minutes to bake. While you’re waiting for your bread to finish baking, Jamie will be serving hot soup to the class, so come hungry! You can also leave the classroom and hang out at the Mezzanine bar to grab a drink.
