February 22nd 10am – 12pm, French Baguettes In this class Frank Petrarca will teach you how to make French baguettes at home that rival any bakery. This is a “hybrid” recipe that uses both sourdough starter and baker’s yeast and requires an overnight fermentation. The skill level is geared towards intermediate and advanced bakers. Attendees will receive some active sourdough starter, fresh yeast and the printed recipe that will allow you to start your baguette journey right away.
