Holiday Dinner Roll Workshop – Saturday 10/26, 10am – 12pm

With the holidays approaching Frank Petrarca will teach you how to make 2 kinds of dinner rolls to go with your holiday meals.  You’ll cover soft, buttery pull-apart cloverleaf rolls and crusty, seeded dinner rolls like the ones brought out in baskets at great restaurants.  You’ll never buy frozen dinner rolls again! Attendees will receive the recipes and some yeast to try these rolls at home.
